Six roles
One person or twenty, the same system.
A boutique run by one generalist keeps using Master for everything and never thinks about roles again. A larger studio splits the work, and each stage starts refusing anyone who is not qualified for it. Both are the same configuration, set differently.

Why it matters
Roles are not job titles. They are a routing rule.
The point of naming these roles is not organisational tidiness — it is that a stage can then refuse work assigned to the wrong person, and a queue can show one tailor only the jobs they can actually pick up.
Handoffs stop being verbal
When cutting finishes, the job appears in the next queue by itself. Nobody has to walk across the floor to say it is ready.
Capacity becomes visible
If every order waits at embroidery, you have one Maggam Master and a queue. That is a hiring decision, and it only shows up when the stages are named.
On the floor
Your tailors do not need a computer.
The floor screens are built mobile-first. A master opens their phone, sees the jobs assigned to them, opens one, marks the stage done and puts the phone back in their pocket. The owner gets the dashboard; everyone else gets a list.
Verification photographs are uploaded from the same phone, which is how a QC Staff reviews work without carrying the garment across the room first.
