Bridal boutiques
Long journeys, multiple fittings, alterations, and a date that cannot move. The order history matters as much as the order.

What it isCRM and order-management software for businesses that make every garment to a specific person's measurements.
Scaleezy Boutique is CRM and order-management software for custom-tailoring businesses — bridal boutiques, saree houses, blouse specialists and designer ateliers that cut and stitch every piece to a specific client's measurements.
It replaces the measurement notebook, the order register and the WhatsApp thread with one record per client: their measurements, their design references, every order they have placed, which of your masters is working on it right now, what is still owed, and where the garment has reached on the floor.
The distinction that matters is not what you sell — it is whether a garment is cut to one person's body. If it is, everything downstream changes: the record you keep, the people who touch it, and how long it takes.
Long journeys, multiple fittings, alterations, and a date that cannot move. The order history matters as much as the order.
High volume, small garments, deep variant complexity, and measurements that get reused for years.
Embroidery runs that sit between cutting and stitching and dominate the timeline.
Collections, design approvals and a named designer behind each piece.
Pattern drafting, repeat clients, and fit records that must survive staff turnover.
Anywhere more than one person touches a garment and the handoffs are currently verbal.
Most software assumes a finished product moves from shelf to customer. A made-to-order garment does not exist yet when the order is placed, which breaks nearly every assumption underneath a POS or a generic CRM.

Software pages usually skip this part. Knowing where a tool stops is how you avoid buying the wrong one.
If most of your revenue is finished stock sold off a rack, a proper POS will serve you better. Run both if you do both.
It records what an order cost and what was paid against it. It is not your books and does not file your returns.
Measurements are taken by your own team the way they always were. This is the ledger that keeps them, not a device that takes them.
There is no public catalogue with a checkout. The customer-facing surface is order tracking for work already commissioned.
Messages are prepared and queued. You send them from your own number, deliberately — see for customers.
It records and routes the work. The craft, and the judgement about the craft, stays with the people who have it.
Six modules, and the specific things each one keeps track of.
