For your customer

She can check on her own lehenga.

The calls stop because the answer is already in her hand — not because you got better at answering them.

Order tracking

A link, not an app.

Every order gets its own signed tracking link. No account, no password, no download. She opens it on whatever phone she has and sees which stage her garment has reached.

The link carries both the boutique and the order inside the signature, so it opens exactly one order and nothing else. Sharing it with her mother does not expose your customer list.

The gallery

Published when you say so.

When the garment is finished you photograph it from every angle. Those images go up one at a time over several minutes, and a half-uploaded gallery is not what you want her looking at.

So publishing is a deliberate act, not a side effect of uploading. The photographs sit against the order until you decide the set is complete, then they appear on her tracking page all at once.

Messages

She hears from you, not from a gateway number.

Status messages are prepared and queued against the order. You send them from your own WhatsApp number — the one she already has saved as your boutique. That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature.

Queued

The message is written and waiting against the order, with the right details already filled in.

Sent, delivered, read

Each message carries its own state, so you know what actually reached her rather than what was attempted.

Failed

A wrong number or a blocked contact surfaces as a failure against the order instead of disappearing quietly.

A bride who has spent months on a garment should not get her delivery update from an unrecognised five-digit sender. Automating the drafting is useful; automating the relationship is not.

The effect

What actually changes at the counter.

Fewer status calls

The most common question your staff answer all day is one she can now answer herself, at 11pm, without calling.

Fewer surprises at pickup

She has seen the finished garment before she arrives. Disappointment, when it happens, happens early enough to fix.

A record of what was promised

Every stage change and message is timestamped against the order — useful on the rare occasion a delivery date is disputed.
